IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUR U.S. CUSTOMERS
We want to inform you about a recent change that affects shipments to the U.S. and our "Free Shipping" policy. Due to a new tax policy in the United States, the Mexican postal service (Correos de México) has temporarily suspended all package shipments to the U.S. This measure was taken to adapt to new operational processes that now require taxes to be paid on all merchandise, regardless of its value.
Since our "Free Shipping" policy relies on the postal service, we are unfortunately unable to offer it at this time for orders destined for the U.S. However, to continue serving you, we are now processing all U.S. orders through private courier services (like DHL, UPS or FedEx), which do have an additional cost. If you'd like to use one of these services please let us know before placing your order so we can give you instructions.
Finally, we offer the 'Pay & Hold' option. You can make your purchases to secure your desired items and we'll storage them for free and ship it to you as soon as the postal service gets back to normal. Storage will be free for long as it takes until shippings can be done. So, if you're not in a hurry, this option is the best.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as this situation is resolved between the authorities of both countries. We hope to resume our free postal shipping service soon.
