SHIPPING

Most (if not all) of our published items include international shipping.


All items marked with 'International Shipping Included' will be shipped through Mexico's national postal service and are sent as registered packages. These packages have a tracking number that can be tracked on the 'Correos de México' tracking website (which you can visit herePlease note that the site is in Spanish). Once they arrive in your country, you can track them on your country's postal service website.


(The option to ship your order via international EMS (Express Mail Service) or a private courier service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx is available for an additional cost. Please contact us directly if you would like a quote for shipping via one of these services.)


You can track your package using your provided tracking number (when shipped as registered it will start with an 'R', example: RP400496625MX | when shipped through EMS service, it will start with an 'E', example: EE995042011MX). If you don't know your country's postal service website, At the end of this post you will find a short list of the most popular countries (if you need help finding yours and it's not on this list, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to help you track your package). 


The approximate delivery time for registered international shipments is 10 to 30 business days (depending on the destination). For EMS, the approximate delivery time is reduced to approximately 5-15 business days (as indicated above, EMS service has an additional cost; if you would like a shipping quote, please do not hesitate to contact us). Please note that these delivery times are only estimates, as packages can sometimes be delayed or even arrive much sooner. This all depends on the efficiency of each country's postal service. Occasionally, the country of origin releases shipments quickly and the destination country holds them, or vice versa. Please note that different factors beyond our control may contribute to the quick or slow delivery of your package.


All orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. All our shipments are dispatched from Mexico City.


ABOUT IMPORT CHARGES


All packages are shipped with the appropriate international customs declaration, detailing the contents, quantity, and total actual cost of the items (excluding shipping, only the cost of the items). Your country may charge customs fees for the import of goods, so please let us know in advance if you wish us to declare a lower value than the actual value. However, please note that:


  • This does not guarantee that your package will be exempt from import charges. Find out the maximum import amounts in your country that will not incur additional charges.

  • In the event of damage or loss, the postal service will only be responsible (if at all) for the declared amount, regardless of whether the actual cost is higher.
  • Once shipped, no changes of any kind can be made to the package, neither by us nor by the postal service.


Please note that you, as the buyer, will be responsible for any additional import fees in your country. We ask that you take the time to research the relevant regulations and costs in your country to avoid surprises and receive your order without any problems.


ABOUT PACKAGING


If there's one thing we care about the most, it's ensuring you always receive your products in the same condition they left our warehouse. Therefore, if there's one thing that characterizes us, it's top-quality packaging. You will always receive your orders well packaged, with love and care, and proof against anything, even King Kong.


NOTE: Unfortunately, sometimes not even King Kong can save packages from the merciless clutches of each country's customs inspections and interventions. Please keep in mind that, for our part, we will always do the best possible packaging job; however, there may be times when customs personnel in the destination country open, manipulate, and mistreat the contents. In that case, please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to help you resolve any eventuality. However, we ask for your understanding that, once the package has been shipped, many things are beyond our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS


Please note that we will use the shipping address associated with your PayPal account, so please double-check your account information before making your purchase. If you would like us to ship your order to a different address, please contact us immediately after making your payment so we can ship the order as you specify.


PACKAGE CONSOLIDATION


Shipping multiple items is possible. If you have trouble placing a multiple order and would like to pay for multiple items at once, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.


ORDERS ON HOLD AND STORAGE TIME


For customers who, for any reason, wish to postpone their shipment, they can do so for a maximum period of up to 90 calendar days. We do not charge for storage of your purchases, however, it is helpful for us to continually empty the warehouse to avoid running out of space. Therefore, we will contact you a few days before the 90-day deadline expires to arrange for the shipment of your purchases.


IMPORTANT:

At the risk of sounding too obvious, we want to make it clear that, under no circumstances, will we ship orders whose payment has not been confirmed, is under review, or is canceled by your bank or for other reasons beyond our control.
