We do not accept refunds or returns for reasons such as:
- "Change of mind" or "I don't like it".
- "I found the product cheaper elsewhere".
- Items that have been opened and no longer have their original packaging.
- Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the product's size, measurement, and other details before making a purchase. We are not responsible for errors in size or measurement if the buyer fails to verify this information.
Our sales are final.
3. Exceptions
However, if there is an issue with the product that is not described in our listing or photograph, we may consider a partial or full refund or exchange. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues.
4. PayPal Policy
Payments are primarly processed through PayPal, which offers a 180-day* purchase protection. If a buyer requests a refund through PayPal (as well as through any of the other payment options we offer), we reserve the right to dispute the refund if it does not comply with our sales conditions.
